The original Titans wore plain, simple navy blue and gold uniforms with no logos, adding stripes in 1961. When the Titans became the Jets in 1963 the uniforms were redesigned and the team colors changed to green and white, which they have remained ever since, although the franchise has used different shades of green and has at times used black as a third/trim color.
