Saradoff hired Paul Pines to manage the nightclub which presented jazz from the classics and standards to cutting edge avant-garde and Afro-Brazilian artists. History The Tin Palace nightclub opened in the fall of 1973 at Bowery and Second Street in New York's East Village.
